摘    要:门诊患者就医各环节等候时间是影响患者就医满意度因素之一,本文对门诊患者就医各环节等候时间相关因素进行分析,对相关门诊服务流程进行研究改进,以减少就医等候时间,提高患者就医效率及就医满意度。

Abstract:The waiting time in the process of seeking medical help is one of the main factors discouraging the outpatients, The writers of the article analyzed the relevant factors on the waiting time in various links and suggested on improving the service in clinics, reducing the amount of time the outpatients spend and trying to uplift the satisfactory degree of patients.
