| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对闭合性肠系膜损伤的认识。方法 对24例闭合性肠系膜损伤的类型、手术方式进行回顾性分析。结果 24例中，11例行肠切除术（45．8％）；肠系膜上静脉结扎2例（8．3％）；肠系膜上静脉修补2例（8．3％）；肠系膜修补术9例（37．5％）。死亡1例；切口感染2例；切口裂开1例；盆腔积液1例。结论 闭合性肠系膜损伤诊断较困难，早期诊断及手术治疗能有效降低肠切除率，防止并发症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the treatment of closed mesenteric injuries.?Methods The clinical data of 24 cases of closed mesenteric injuries were analysed.?Results Resection of intestine were performed in 11 cases(45.8%),ligation of superior mesenteric vein in 2 cases(8.3%),repair of superior mesenteric vein in 2 cases(8.3%),and repair of mesenteric defect in 9 cases (37.5%) .In the 24 cases,1 case died,wound was infected in 2 cases,wound cracked in 1 case,pelvic cavity effusion formed in 1 case.?Conclusion It is more difficult to diagnose the closed mesenteric injuries in early stage.The correct diagnesis and emergent operation can avoid efficiently resection of intestine and certain complications. |
