窥镜直视下腔内碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床研究(附1278例报告)

目的　研究内窥镜直视下腔内碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法　 1 996年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 1 2月期间对 2 8例肾结石、1 2 0 5例输尿管结石、1 2例尿道结石及 33例膀胱结石行腔内机械碎石术、超声碎石术、气压弹道碎石术以及钬激光碎石术。结果　肾多发结石行微创经皮肾输尿管镜碎石术成功率 96.4% (2 7/ 2 8) ;输尿管结石碎石成功率 98.1 % (1 1 81 / 1 2 0 5) ;失败主要原因为输尿管狭窄 6例、输尿管纤维性扭曲 5例、结石游走 8例 ,并发症主要为输尿管穿孔 5例 0 .45% (5/ 1 2 0 5) ;尿道膀胱结石成功率 1 0 0 %。结论　窥镜直视下腔内碎石术治疗泌尿系结石安全、有效并且微创 ,特别适用于泌尿系结石的急诊处理

Clinical study on treatment of urinary calculi with endoscopic lithotripsy (report of 1278 cases)

Objective The clinical results of the endoscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi were studied. Methods During May 1996 to Dec. 2002,28 cases with stone in Kidney?1205 cases with stone in ureter and 45 patients with stone in urethra and bladder were treated with endoscopic lithotripsy. Results The successful rate in the renal stone by endoscopic lithotripsy was 96.4%(27/28), ureteral stone was 98.1% (1181/1205), and the urethral bladder stone was 100%. The complications were observed in 5 cases, that was mainly perforation. Conclusions The treatment of urinary calculi with endoscopic lithotripsy is safe, effective, and less invasive, especially for treatment of urinary calculi emergency.
