黄芪与三七总皂甙配伍对不稳定性心绞痛患者左心室舒张与收缩功能的影响

观察黄芪与三七总皂甙配伍治疗不稳定性心绞痛患者对左心室舒张功能与收缩功能的改善作用。将 88例不稳定性心绞痛患者 ,随机分为 4个治疗组 :单用西药治疗组 (对照组 )与 3个中药治疗组———黄芪组、三七总皂甙组和黄芪配伍三七总皂甙组 (配伍组 )。 4组均给予同样的常规西药方案治疗 ,黄芪组加静脉滴注黄芪注射液 (每日 2 0ml,含黄芪 40 g) ,三七总皂甙组加静脉滴注络泰注射液 (三七总皂甙粉针剂 ,每日 40 0mg) ,配伍组加静脉滴注黄芪注射液与络泰注射液 ,疗程 2周。治疗前后各检查一次左心室舒张功能与收缩功能 (超声心动图法 )。作治疗前后及组间统计学比较。结果表明治疗前各指标在 4个治疗组之间均无显著差异。对照组及黄芪组治疗后左心室舒张功能各指标无显著变化 ;三七总皂甙组与配伍组治疗后PEVE、E/A显著升高 ,PFVA显著降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,配伍组在提高E/A方面优于三七总皂甙组 (P <0 .0 5 )。对照组及三七总皂甙组治疗后左心室收缩功能各指标未见显著变化 ;黄芪组与配伍组治疗后EF、SV、CO、CI均显著升高 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,两组升高幅度未见显著差异。三七总皂甙能改善不稳定性心绞痛患者的左室舒张功能 ,黄芪能改善其左室收缩功能 ,两药配伍兼能改善患者的左室舒张功能与

Effect of Astragalus Combining Panax Notoginseng Saponins on Left Ventricular Diastolic and Systolic Function of Unstable Angina Pectoris(Ua) Patients

This paper discussed the effect of Astragalus combining Panax Notoginseng Saponins in improving the left ventricular diastolic and systolic function of UA patients. 88 cases of UA patients were divided into 4 treatment groups: Pure west medicine group(control group) and 3 TCM treatment group-Astragalus group, Panax Notoginseng Saponins group and Astragalus combining Panax Notoginseng saponins group(combination group). All groups were given the same routine regimen of west medicine. Astragalus group was added with Astragale Injection(20ml iv.drip Qd,including Astragalus 40mg), Panax Notoginseng saponins group was added with Luotai Injection(Panax Notoginseng saponins powder injection,400mg iv.drip Qd). Combination group was added with venoclysis of Astragale Injection and Luotai Injection. The course of treatment was two weeks. The left ventricular diastolic and systolic function (ultrasonic cardiogram) was examined and statistical analysis was made in each group before and after the treatment. Each index has no remarkable difference in the 4 groups before treatment. The indexes of left ventricular diastolic function in Control and Astragalus groups did not change after the treatment. PEVE, E/A elevated and PFVA reduced(P<0.05or P<0.01) in Panax Notoginseng Saponins group and Combination group. Combination group was superior to Panax Notoginseng Saponins group in elevating E/A(P<0.05). The indexes of left ventricular systolic function in Control and Panax Notoginseng Saponins groups didn't change after the treatment. EF,SV,CO and CI elevated in Astragalus group and Combination group, and there was no remarkable difference between them. Panax Notoginseng Saponins can improve the left ventricular diastolic function and Astragalus can improve systolic function in UA patients. Combination of them can improve both diastolic and systolic function, and is superior to either of them.
