| 摘 要： | 目的观察mFOLFOX-6方案新辅助化疗对进展期胃癌的疗效以及手术风险,术后复发转移率和生存率的影响。方法进展期胃癌40例,均经病理检查确诊为腺癌,治疗组(20例)采用mFOLFOX-6方案方案术前化疗2周期,化疗后2～3周行手术治疗,手术方式D2或D3切除;对照组行单纯手术治疗。结果治疗组总有效率55.0%(11/20),稳定7例(35.0%),进展2例(10.0%)。2组手术后4、6 d全身炎症反应综合征发生率,切口感染、吻合口瘘发生率和术后1、2、3年复发转移率、生存率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3年生产率有增高趋势。结论 mFOLFOX-6方案作为进展期胃癌新辅助化疗方案安全有效,其远期疗效尚需观察。
