| 摘 要： | 目的评价小牛脾提取物联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效与安全性。方法小牛脾取物10 ml+5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml静滴,奥沙利铂130 mg/m2第1天,亚叶酸钙200mg/m2第1～天5,5-氟尿嘧啶300/m2第1～5天,21 d为1个周期。结果本组有效率(CR+PR)53.1%,不良反应较对照组轻。结论小牛脾提取物联合FOLFOX方案治疗中晚期结直肠癌疗效较高,不良反应轻。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sipulin in combination with FOLFOX2regimen in treatment of patients with advanced colorectal.Methods Sipulin 10 ml+5%GS 250 ml ivgtt d1-10,OXA 130 mg/m2d1,LV 200 mg/m2d1-5,5-Fu 300 mg/m2d1-5,21 day cycle.Results The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 53.1%,adverse reaction is lower than the control group.ConclusinonSipulin in combination with FOLFOX regimen has highly effective regimen for advanced colorectal cancer with mild toxicity and can be used safely. |
