| 摘 要： | 目的通过临床对甲状腺癌患者采用逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）检测方法对患者的外周血中促甲状腺素受体mRNA（TSHR-mRNA）和甲状腺球蛋白mRNA（Tg-mRNA）进行检测，分析其在甲状腺癌中的表达，并研究其检测结果对甲状腺癌的诊断意义。方法研究对象均选自哈尔滨医科大学第二医院甲状腺外科住院患者，共170例，分正常对照组（30例）；甲状腺良性疾病组（40例）；甲状腺癌组（100例）。对三组患者分别采用RT—PCR检测方法，比较三组患者的Tg—mRNA、TSHR-mRNA的水平以及临床表达，分析TSHR-mRNA和Tg-mRNA在甲状腺癌中的诊断意义。结果甲状腺癌组患者的TSHR-mRNA以及Tg-mRNA阳性率明显高于正常对照组和甲状腺良性疾病组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。正常甲状腺疾病患者的TSHR—mRNA以及Tg-mRNA水平变化与正常对照组差异无备统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论促TSHR-mRNA以及Tg—mRNA能够准确的反映甲状腺患者的病情。
