| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫肉瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1990年1月至2009年12月收治的23例子宫肉瘤患者的临床资料。结果临床表现为不规则阴道流血14例,下腹包块9例,无症状的子宫肌瘤病史4例,腹痛2例。19例行手术,4例子宫肌瘤术后诊断为子宫肉瘤,其中2例做二次手术,1例拒绝二次手术,1例待2年后复发二次手术。术后化学治疗11例,联合化疗方案2～4个疗程。2年存活率51%,5年存活率26%。结论子宫肉瘤临床表现缺乏特异性,主要为不规则阴道流血,怀疑子宫肉瘤或诊断为子宫肌瘤者,应立即做冰冻病理切片检查,以便及时发现子宫肉瘤,以决定手术范围,尽可能减少第二次手术。
