腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗体会

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的手术治疗经验。方法分析该院2006年5月至2008年5月手术治疗LDH56例患者的临床资料。结果本组56例中有35例获随访，平均1．2年，采用Macnab疗效评定标准，优27例，良6例，可2例，差无，优良率为94．3％。结论术前应根据患者的临床表现结合影像学资料以提高定位诊断的准确性，手术治疗应根据具体病例的病理解剖学特点选择最为安全、有效的个体化术式。

Surgical management for lumbar Disc herniation

Objective To explore the surgical management for LDH. Methods Review analysis 56 patients with LDH treated with surgical method at our hospital from may,2006 to may, 2008. Results 35 patients were follwed, the mean follw up duration was 1.2 years, outcome evaluated according to the criteria of Macnad was excellent in 27 patients, good in 6, fair in 2 and no poor case. Conclusion The clinical feature and imaging data was studied before surgical management for the valuable diagnosis We should choose the most safe, efficient and individual approaches to treat them surgically according to the pathological anatomy characteristics of specific case.
