黄芪多糖针对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901体外实验抑制作用

目的：体外研究不同浓度的黄芪多糖对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖的影响。方法：体外培养人胃癌细胞SGC-7901，采用MTT比色法检测不同浓度（6ug/mL、12．5ug/mL、25ug/mL、50ug/mL、100ug/mL）的黄芪多糖提取液对其增殖的抑制作用，并用酶联检测仪在450nm波长处测定其光吸收值，可间接反映活细胞数量。结果：在细胞抑制实验中，加药12h后，浓度高于25ug/mL的黄芪多糖均能表现出对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901的增殖的抑制作用，同时MTT实验结果表明，在药物浓度12．5ug/mL时，人胃癌细胞SGC-7901的增殖因药物浓度低，有上升趋势。随着黄芪多糖的药物浓度增加，在药物浓度50ug/mL～100ug/mL时有明显抑制人胃癌细胞SGC-7901生长的趋势，并呈浓度依赖性。结论：黄芪多糖在体外实验对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901的增值有较强的肿瘤抑制作用。

STUDY ON THE INHIBITING EFFECT OF ASTRAGALUS POLYSACCHARIDES ON HUMAN CASTRIC CANCER CELL LINE SGC-7901 IN VITRO

Objective：To study the inhibiting effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides on human cancer cell of SGC -7901.Methods：Culture human cancer cells SGC -7901 in vitro,use the MTT method to detect the different concentration （6ug/mL,12.5ug/mL,25ug/mL,50ug/mL,100ug/mL） of Astragalus Polysaccharides extract the proliferation of the cell lines＇inhibition and which the light absorp-tion in 450nm wavelength, determine its value what can indirectly reflect the number of living cells .Results：After we added medicine to the cell lines for 12h,the levels are higher than 25ug/mL of Astragalus Polysaccharides all could perform inhibition to the prolifera-tion of human cancer cell SGC -7901.At the same time, the results of MTT showed that since the drug concentration 12.5ug/mL is low, proliferation of stomach cancer cell SGC -7901 has rising trend;along with the increase of drug concentration of Astragalus Poly-saccharides, drug concentration ranging from 50ug/mL to 100ug/mL significant Ly inhibited SGC -7901cell＇s growth trend with the concentration dependence .Conclusion：Astragalus Polysaccharides has significant inhibitory effect on human cancer cells SGC -7901 in vitro experiments and also a strong inhibition of tumour .
