CT 导向下125 I粒子植入联合洛泊碘油化疗乳剂治疗晚期肺癌临床观察

目的：观察CT 导向下125 I粒子植入联合经皮穿刺肿瘤内注入洛泊碘油化疗乳剂治疗肺癌临床疗效。方法：9例晚期肺癌患者，在螺旋CT导向下将125 I粒子植入联合经皮穿刺肿瘤内注入洛泊碘油化疗乳剂到肺部肿瘤内。结果：全组9例患者9个病灶，平均治疗后60d采用螺旋CT对肺癌原发灶评价，部分缓解（PR）7例，稳定（NC）1例，进展（PD）1例，总有效率77．8％。结论：CT导向下125 I粒子植入联合经皮穿刺肿瘤内注入洛泊碘油化疗乳剂治疗晚期肺癌安全、创伤小、并发症少，疗效肯定。

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF CT-GUIDED 125 I SEED IMPLANTATION COMBINED WITH INTRATUMORAL INJECTION OF LOBAPLATIN AND LIPIODOL CHEMOTHERAPY EMULSION FOR ADVANCED LUNG CANCER

Objective：To investigate the safety and clinical efficacy of CT -guided 125I seed implantation combined with intratu-moral injection of lobaplatin and lipiodol chemotherapy emulsion for advanced lung cancer .Methods Nine patients with advanced lung cancer, 125I seed implantation with CT -guided combined with intratumoral injection of lobaplatin and lipiodol chemotherapy emul -sion.Results All nine lesions in 9 patients, evaluation using spiral CT with an average of 60 days after treatment , partial remission （PR） 7 cases, stable （NC） 1 case, progress （PD） 1 case, the total efficiency of 77.8%.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous 125 I seed implantation combined with intratumoral injection of lobaplatin and lipiodol chemotherapy emulsion treatment of advanced lung cancer chemotherapy is safe , minimally invasive , fewer complications and more effective .
