P-gp在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：分析P-gp蛋白在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达特点及临床意义。方法：收集2010-06～2012-06间收治的可手术三阴性乳腺癌84例及非三阴性乳腺癌394例的临床病理资料，分析P-gp蛋白在两者中的表达特点。结果：三阴组中P-gp蛋白阳性与患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分级差异均有统计学意义（均 P＜0.05）；非三阴组中，P-gp蛋白阳性与患者的临床病理因素差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。 P-gp蛋白阳性率在三阴组及非三阴组中分别为45.24％及40.61％，两者之间差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论：三阴性乳腺癌中，P-gp蛋白阳性提示其恶性程度高，易转移，预后差，可以作为评估三阴性乳腺癌预后的一个指标。

EXPRESSIONS AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCES OF P-GP IN TRIPLE-NEGATIVE BREAST CANCER

Objective：To analyze the expressions and clinical significances of P -gp in triple -negative breast cancer （TNBC）. Methods：The clinicopathologic dates of 84cases of operable TNBC and 394 cases with non-triple-negative breast cancer （non-TN-BC） treated from June 2010 to June 2012 were collected .The expressions of P -gp in TNBC and non -TNBC were summarized and retrospectively analyzed .Results：In the group of TNBC , the positive protein of P-gp had all correlation with clinical stage , axillary lymph node metastatis and histological grade （P〈0.05）.In the group of non-TNBC, the positive protein of P -gp had no correlation with clinical pathology factor （P﹥0.05）.In the group of TNBC and the group of non -TNBC, the positive protein of P-gp was 45. 24%and 40.61 %respectively, the difference between them was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The positive pro-tein of P-gp in TNBC suggests their high degree maliganancy and easy metastasis .The prognosis is poor .They can be taken as a fac-tor when we predict its prognosis .
