摘    要:目的建立婴幼儿配方食品和乳粉中钙、铁、锌的快速测定方法。方法样品采用HNO3-HCLO4低温消化,用LaCl3消除P对Ca的干扰,火焰原子吸收光谱法定量。结果在本法测定的线性范围,Ca、Fe、Zn的相关系数r>0.9997,加标回收率为:96.8%~102.4%,;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为:Ca0.6%~1.3%、Fe1.5%~3.1%、Zn0.9%~3.0%,检出限分别为:0.33μg/L,0.19μg/L,0.030μg/L。结论本方法简单、快速、定量准确,适用于婴幼儿配方食品和乳粉中钙、铁、锌的含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective establishing a fast detecting method for Ca,Fe,Zn in infant formula foods and milk powder.Methods samples were low temperature digested using HNO3-HCLO.The disturbance of P to Ca was eliminated by LaCl3.The results were quantitative espressed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results in the linear range of this method,the correlation coefficient of Ca.Fe,Zn r>0.9997;the recovery of standard is 96.8%~102.4%;the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)is:Ca 0.6%~1.3%、Fe 1.5%~3.1%、Zn 0.9%~3.0%,the detection limits respectively were:0.33μg/L,0.19μg/L,0.030μg/L.Conclusion this method is simple,rapid,accurate in quantitative and suitable for detecting the contents of Ca,Fe,Zn in infant formula foods and milk powder.
