艾灸疗法对开腹手术后肠蠕动功能恢复的临床观察

目的观察艾灸疗法对促进开腹手术后肠蠕动功能恢复的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为实验组60例（艾灸足三里、涌泉、上巨虚、合谷）,对照组60例（常规治疗护理组）。观察记录两组患者的肠鸣音出现的时间和肛门排气的时间及患者腹胀程度。结果实验组肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门首次排气时间分别为37.35±1.391h和50.05±2.523h,对照组肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门首次排气时间分别为56.25±1.250h和89.73±1.931h,实验组明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论艾灸疗法对促进开腹手术后肠蠕动功能恢复具有临床意义,方便易行,无副作用。

Clinical observation moxibustion for the recovery of enterocinesia's function after abdomen operation

Objective To observe the advantages of moxibustion for the recovery of enterocinesia＇s function after abdomen operation.Methods A total of 120 patients were classified into experimental group （n=60）,treated by moxibustion therapy and control group （n=60 patient） treated by traditional therapy.Results The postoperative bowel sound recovery time and anal exhaust time were significantly shorter in the experimental group （37.35±1.391 h,50.05±2.523 h） than that in control group （56.25±1.250 h,89.73±1.931 h） （P0.01）.Conclusion Moxibustion is a simple method with less side effect to promote the recovery of enterocinesia＇s function after abdomen operation.
