肿瘤病人家属在手术期间的需求调查分析与对策

目的探讨肿瘤手术病人家属在手术期间的信息需求,为更好地满足病人与家属的各层次需求,从而消除影响手术效果的不良因素,提高手术室护理服务质量。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,就肿瘤病人家属在手术期间的需求情况进行调查分析。结果家属对病人手术中的信息需求之间存在差异,特别对了解"术中病理冰冻切片结果"、"手术是否顺利"、"肿瘤是否切除"、"主刀医生过往同类手术的经验"的信息需求排在前4位。结论肿瘤手术病人家属对手术期间各种信息需求较多,手术室护士应根据病人家属的各种需求,采取有针对性的护理对策,满足家属需求,提高手术护理工作的服务质量和病人满意度。

Analysis and Strategy for the Demand of Tumor Patients' Families during Surgery

Objective To investigate the demand of tumor patients' families during surgery for the satisfaction of patients and their families alike in order to eliminate the adverse effects of operation and to improve the quality of nursing process in operation rooms.Methods Using questionnaire to determine and analyze the demand of tumor patients' families during surgery.Results We could see differences among patients' families especially concerning "histological diagnosis during operation","success of surgery","decision of tumor removal","experience of surgeon involved",which were the top 4 most demanded in our survey.Conclusion The patients' families demand a variety of information during surgical process.Nurses working in operating rooms should take relevant measures to meet the demand in order to improve nursing quality and to meet the satisfaction of patients.
