后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床应用

目的探讨后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的技术要点及临床价值。方法回顾性分析36例后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的临床资料。男20例．女16例，平均年龄46岁，输尿管上段结石32例，中段结石4例。结果1例因结石移位至肾脏。取石失败；余35例取石成功；手术时间40～150min，平均70min；术中出血量15-100ml．平均30ml；术后住院时间5—9d；36例获随访2—24个月，所有病例肾积水均得到改善．无结石复发及输尿管狭窄发生。结论后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术是安全有效的治疗输尿管结石的方法．对于较大的输尿管中、上段结石，可作为代替传统开放性手术的治疗方法。

Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy

Objective To evaluate the surgical techniques and clinical effects of rtroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of rtroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomywere retrospectively analyzed. Of them 16 were women and 20 were men. The average age was 46 years. Upper ureteral calculi occurred in 32 cases and middle in 4. Results 35 of them were successfully performed. The mean operation time was 70 min. The mean blood loss was 30ml. The postoperative hospital stay was from 5 to 9 days. During the follow-up period(2-24months) of 36 cases, there was no ureteric stricture or recurrent calculus found, and renal functions were improved. Conclusions Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is safe, ffective and minimally invasive, and can replace conventional open surgery for the treatment of upper-middle ureteral calculi.
