子宫颈癌组织中p53蛋白和VEGF-C的表达及意义

目的:探讨子宫颈癌组织中p53蛋白、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的表达与病理分级、临床分期和转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测46例子宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织中p53、VEGF-C的阳性表达水平。结果:46例子宫颈癌组织中p53、VEGF-C阳性率分别为47.8%、54.3%,并且随着病理分级递增p53逐渐增高(P<0.05),p53、VEGF-C阳性率随着浸润深度的增加和淋巴结转移而逐渐增高(P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论:p53、VEGF-C的阳性表达与子宫颈癌的生物学行为密切相关。

Expression and clinical significance of p53 and VEGF - C protein in cervical carcinoma tissues

Objective:To investigate the expression of p53 and VEGF-C protein in cervical carcinoma tissues and their clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to determinate the expression of p53 and VEGF-C in 46 cases with invasive carcinoma of cervix uteri.Results:Positive rate of expression of p53 was 47.8% and VEGF-C was 54.3%.Positive rate of expression of p53 and intensity increased significantly with the rise of histological grade.The positive expression of p53 and VEGF-C and intensity increased significantly with the lymph nodes metastases and an invasion depth>1/2.Conclusion:The positive expression of p53 and VEGF-C is closely related to the metastasis,invasion and prognosis of invasive cervical carcinoma.
