肾小球疾病的尿蛋白质组学诊断

摘    要:肾小球疾病是目前我国最常见的肾脏疾病。尿液蛋白质种类和数量的变化携带着肾小球疾病发生和发展的各种重要信息,尿蛋白质组学的研究为肾小球疾病的早期诊断、评估预后及监测治疗反应提供了一种无创性的手段。本文着重介绍尿蛋白质组学在肾小球疾病中的最新研究进展,并简要概括尿蛋白质组学研究相关技术及其局限性。

Abstract:Glomerular disease is the most common renal disease in China.Urinary protein expression changes provide information about the development of glomerular disease.Urinary proteomics is an noninvasive tool to identify proteins and peptides that may facilitate earlier detection of disease,improve assessment of prognosis and allow closer monitoring of response to therapy.This article mainly reviews progress about urinary proteomics in glomerular disease,and introduce the available techniques and problems in brief...
