| 摘 要： | 目的了解孕妇贫血的状况及探讨贫血原因,为孕产期做好保健工作提供依据。方法对2006年来我院初次产检4756例孕妇进行血红蛋白值、红细胞平均体积（MCV）、血清铁、红细胞脆性试验、血红蛋白电泳检测及分析。结果4756例孕妇中,贫血孕妇1382例发病率为29.06%,其中缺铁血性贫血占20.56%,地中海贫血占8.5%。结论缺铁血性贫血占贫血孕妇的70.77%与孕周关系密切,同时不同职业、不同文化程度有较大差异.本地区属地中海贫血高发区。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the influencing factors of the women anemia and how to improve the health care for me pregnant women. Methods： To study 4756 pregnant women from my hospital in 2006 year, test and analyzed Hemoglobin （HGB） , Mean cor- puscular volume （MCV） , Iron, Red Cell Osmotic fragility （RCOF）. Results： A total of 4756 were pregnant women, anemia preg- nant women were 1382, the rate of anemia pregnant women was 29.06%, the rate of iron deficiency anemia was 20. 56%, the rate of thalassemia was 8.5%. Conclusion： the rate of iron deficiency anemia in anemia pregnant women was 70. 77, get close with the pregnant week , the job and the cluture made the difference. The risk of thalassemia is high. |
