知柏养阴汤联合激素治疗阴虚内热型系统性红斑狼疮30例

目的:观察中药复方知柏养阴汤联合激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法:将60例入选患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予以标准激素治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以知柏养阴汤治疗,于治疗4周后比较两组症状、证候积分及疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组可显著改善五心烦热及自汗盗汗两种症状,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组中医症状积分均明显降低,但治疗组更为显著(P<0.05),治疗组的中医证候有效率明显优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知柏养阴汤联合激素可以改善系统性红斑狼疮患者症状及证候积分,提高疗效。

Thirty Cases of SLE of Internal Heat due to Yin Deficiency Type Treated with Zhibai Yangyin Decoction and Hormone

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Zhibai Yangyin Decoction and hormone on systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods: 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard hormone therapy,the treatment group was given Zhibai Yangyin Decoction in addition to standard hormone therapy.The symptoms,syndrome scores and curative effect of two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Results: The irritable heat in the five centers and spontaneous and night sweating in the treatment group were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) compared with the control group.TCM symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment,but the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05),the total efficiency of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhibai Yangyin Decoction and hormone can improve the symptoms and syndrome scores of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,and improve the curative effect.
