| 摘 要： | 目的]观察阿糖胞苷、阿克拉霉素、粒细胞集落刺激因子（CAG）方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病（AML）的疗效和不良反应.方法]用CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病19例,继发于骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）5例,AML 14例.有效者接受第二疗程治疗,每两周做一次评估.结果]临床总有效13例（68.42%）.完全缓解6例（31.58%）,其中MDS 1例,AML 5例.部分缓解7例（36.84%）,其中MDS 3例,AML 4例.大部分患者出现了可以耐受的轻微不良反应,主要表现为骨髓抑制.结论]CAG方案治疗老年ALM安全有效,不良反应小.

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the efficacy and adverse effects of cytarabine, aclacinomycin and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（CAG） regiment for the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leuke- mia（AML）. Methods] Nineteen elderly patients with AML including 5 patients secondary to myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS） and 14 AML patients were treated with CAG regimen. The responders received the second course of treatment. The assessment was performed every fortnight. Results] The total effective rate was 68.42% （13 cases）. Six patients（31. 58%） including on MDS patient and 5 AML patients. Seven patients （36.84%） including 3 MDS patients and 4 AML patients were partial remission. Most of the patients had slight and endurable adverse effects, and their main manifestation was bone marrow depression. Conclusion] CAG regimen for the treatment of elderly patients with AML is safe and effective, and has less adverse effect. |
