2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者甲状腺激素水平的变化

[目的]研究2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并抑郁症患者甲状腺激素水平的变化.[方法]本院60例T2DM患者分为T2DM非抑郁组、T2DM抑郁组各30例,同期健康体检正常者30例为对照组.测定三组游离甲状腺素三碘原氨酸（FT3）,游离甲状腺素（FT4）,促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平.利用Zung抑郁自评量表评分,计算出抑郁严重度指数.[结果]DM两组FT3水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）,糖尿病抑郁组TSH水平亦显著低于对照组; DM抑郁组FT3水平亦显著低于DM非抑郁组（P＜0.05）,而FT4水平三组间无显著差异（P〉0.05）.[结论]糖尿病与抑郁均伴血甲状腺激素水平的下降,其中糖尿病合并抑郁者血甲状腺激素水平下降更明显.抑郁程度愈重,甲状腺激素水平下降愈明显.

Change of Thyroid Hormone in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Depression

[Objective]To study the change of thyroid hormone levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients with depression. [Methods]All subjects were divided into non-DM non-depression group （control group）, DM without depression group and DM with depression group. The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH were measured. Zung depression self rating scale was used to calculate the severity index of depression. [Results] The level of FT3 in two DM groups was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0.05）. The level of TSH in DM with depression group was also significantly lower than that in control group, and the level of FT3 in DM with depression group was significantly lower than that in DM without depression group（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in FT4 among 3 groups. [Conclusion] Both DM and depression have the decline of thyroid hormone in blood. DM with depression has more significant decline of thyroid hormone in blood. The more serious the depression, the more obvious the decline of thyroid hormone levels.
