| 摘 要： | 目的观察氦氖激光联合氟康唑注射液治疗外耳道真菌病的临床疗效。方法将112例(119耳)外耳道真菌病患者随机分为治疗组57例(60耳)和对照组55例(59耳)。对照组单用氟康唑滴耳液滴耳治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用氦氖激光照射治疗。观察并比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的84.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光联合氟康唑滴耳液治疗外耳道真菌病,能够明显改善患者症状,增强药物治疗效果,无痛苦及不良反应,简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of clinical efficacy of He-Ne laser combined with fluconazole ear drops for otomycosis external. Methods 119 cases of otomycosis external were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （60 cases） for He-Ne laser combined with fluconazole ear drops, control group （59 cases） for fluconazole ear drops treat- ment. Observe the difference of efficacy between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group （96.7 % vs 84.7 % ） with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion He-Ne laser can help improve the efficacy of fluconazole ear drops, can be effectively used in otomycosis external therapy |
