摘 要: | 目的]探讨螺旋CT多平面重建功能在肾上腺区病变的诊断价值.方法]收集诊断为"肾上腺肿瘤"的患者32例,采用螺旋CT三维检查,比较轴位CT图像与多平面重建图像上分离征的显示率,分析螺旋CT多平面重建的诊断结果.结果]螺旋CT多平面重建图像上分离征显示率78.1%(25/32)显著高于轴位CT图像显示率46.9%(15/32),其差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.0,P<0.01);螺旋CT多平面重建诊断为副脾7例,胃底憩室5例,肾上极囊肿5例,肝右叶囊肿4例,左侧结节状膈肌脚3例,左侧腹膜后淋巴结肿大3例,左侧肾上腺区静脉曲张2例,胃底间质瘤2例,右肾上极血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例.结论]螺旋CT多平面重建能提高对肾上腺区病变的确诊率,可将螺旋CT三维检查作为肾上腺区病变的常规检查方法.

Abstract: | Objective] To explore the value of multi-planar reconstruction of spiral CT in the diagnosis of diseases of adrenal area. Methods] Thirty two patients diagnosed as adrenal gland tumor were collected. Three-dimensional spiral CT was performed. The appearance rate of separated sign between multi-planar reconstruction images and axial images was compared. The diagnostic result by multi-planar reconstruction was analyzed. Results]The appearance rate of separated sign on multi-planar reconstruction images of spiral CT was 78.1 % (25/32), which was markedly higher than that on axial CT images(46.9 %, 15/32), and there was significant difference(x2= 10.0, P 〈0.01). Multi-planar reconstruction of spiral CT showed 7 cases of accessory spleen, 5 cases of gastric diverticulum, 5 cases of upper pole cysts of kidney, right liver cyst, 3 cases of left nodular diaphragm, 3 cases of left retroperitoneal lymphadenectasis, 2 cases of variees in left adrenal area, 2 eases of gastric stromal tumor and one case of angiomyolipoma in upper pole of right kidney. Conclusion] Multi-planar reconstruction of spiral CT can improve the final diagnostic rate of the diseases of adrenal area. Three dimensional spiral CT can he recommended as a routine examination of diseases of adrenal area. |
