乙型肝炎肝硬化中医证型与血清GLO的相关性

目的:观察乙型病毒性肝炎所致的肝硬化各中医证型与血清GLO的相关性。方法:将150例患者进行中医辨证分型并进行GLO检测。结果:常见的证型依次为湿热内蕴型、肝气郁结型、脾虚湿盛型、肝肾阴虚型、脾肾阳虚型,GLO水平在肝肾阴虚型中最低,与其他四型比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:血清GLO对于判断乙肝肝硬化中医证型、病情、疾病所处阶段,具有重要意义。

Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Type of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis and Serum GLO

Objective: To study the correlation between various syndromes of hepatitis B-induced cirrhosis and serum GLO.Methods: TCM syndromes of 150 patients were given GLO test.Results: The common syndromes were internal stimulation of damp and heat,stagnation of liver-qi,spleen deficiency and dampness exuberance,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.GLO levels in yin deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney were the lowest,with significantly difference(P<0.01) compared with the other four syndromes.The pairwise comparisons in the remaining four syndromes had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Serum GLO is of great significance to determine TCM syndromes,condition,and stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis.
