2型糖尿病社区综合防治的初步探索

目的 进行2型糖尿病社区综合防治的研究。方法 选择月坛地区木樨地居委会所辖人口中〉35岁者作为研究对象，2003—2005年利用《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》和社区卫生服务网络对其进行一、二、三级预防为主的社区综合防治。结果 被研究对象社区综合防治后（2005年）与社区综合防治前（2003年）体质检测迭标率间差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05），糖尿病相关知识知晓率间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.05），糖尿病高危因素得到控制，糖尿病病人测血糖率干预前后差别有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 利用《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》和社区卫生服务网络对社区成年人进行一、二、三级预防为主的2型糖尿病社区综合防治是可行的也是有效的。

The Preliminary Study of Type 2 Diabetes on Community Comprehensive Prevention and Cure

Objective To study the community comprehensive prevention and care of type 2 diabetes.Methods The residents, who live in Muxidi community of Yuetan area and aged than 35, were chosen as targets. From 2003 to 2005 we afforded one-level, two-level or three-level comprehensive prevention and care to them by using Guideline of Community Prevention and Cure of Type 2 Diabetes and community health service network.Results There is no significant difference in the body examination rate before and after community comprehensive prevention and care (P>0.05), there is significant difference in knowledge related to diabetes (P<0.05), and the high risky factors are controlled, the test of blood sugar is significantly better than before (P<0.05).Conclusion It is possible and effective to use Guideline of Community Prevention and Cure of Type 2 Diabetes and community health service network to prevent and care community adults with type 2 diabetes.
