带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘移植术治疗翼状胬肉144例的护理

背景 ]探讨带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘移植术治疗翼状胬肉围手术期的护理 .病例报告 ]在裂隙灯显微镜下 ,用荧光染色方法对 14 4例带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘移植患者结膜移植片的生长情况及角膜上皮修复状况进行观察 ,并制定和实施了有效的护理措施 .14 4例 184只眼均一次移植成功 ,未出现继发性感染及移植片坏死、脱落和角膜内溶等并发症 .术后随访 2个月～ 5年 ,有 3眼复发 ,而 15例复发性翼状胬肉中无再复发病例 .讨论 ]实施一系列有效的护理措施 ,可对手术的成功起到重要的作用

Nursing of 144 cases of pterygium treated by the linbus corneae autografting with conjunctival flap

BACKGROUND?To explore the clinical observation and nuraing method of treating the pterygium by limbus corneae autografting with conjunctival flap at operation stage.?CASE REPORTS?Under the slit lamp microscope and using fluorescein staining, growth condition of conjunctiva grafting flap and repair condition of corneal epitliun was observed in 144 cases of treated the limbus corneae autografting with conjuctiva flap, and then the effective measures of nursing were formulated and carried out. All of 184 eyes in 144 cases was succeed in graft only one time and had no the secondary infection, the necrosis, exfoliation and cornea autoysis of grafting flap. Follow up surveying after operation from two months to five years, three eyes had relapsed, but none of the 15 cases of recurrent pterygium relapsed again.?DISCUSSION? To carring out a series of effective nursing measure plays important role for the success of operation.
