几种常用姜科药材的汤剂等量性研究

目的研究姜科药材的汤剂等量性.方法根据姜科药材均含挥发油且有一定药理活性的特点,在模拟汤剂条件下进行煎煮,收集煎煮和浓缩过程中逸散的挥发性成分,药液浓缩干燥,计算收率.结果得到各药材在煎煮过程中挥发性成分的损失率、药液中的挥发性成分含量及药材干膏的得率,并进一步推算出其与饮片的等量剂量.结论煎煮时挥发性成分逸散严重,建议姜科药材在煎煮过程中进行挥发性成分的收集;药材的汤剂等量性实验可为单味颗粒剂的生产工艺和药材标示量的制定提供依据.

Studies on the Decoction Isometric from Zingiberaceae Materials for Medicine

OBJECTIVE: To study the decoction isometric from Zingiberaceae materials for medicine. METHODS: We decocted the herb under the simulation decoction condition, contained the volatile oil which dissipated from the decoction and the concentration process, dried the broth, and computed the received rate. RESULTS: We Obtained the loss percentage of the volatile oil for various raw matrials for medicine in the decoction process, the amount of volatile oil which was contained in the physic liquor, and the decoction isometric dosage. CONCLUSION: It is suggested collecting the volatile oil while decocting the medicinal, and this study provids the basic data for the single herba granular formulation production and the marked level for the raw materials.
