紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗老年晚期胃癌21例临床疗效观察

目的：评价紫杉醇（Taxol）联合卡培他滨（Xeloda）治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法：对病理诊断的25例老年晚期胃癌患者，采用紫杉醇联合卡培他滨方案治疗：紫杉醇75mg／m2，静脉滴注3h，每周1次，连用2周；卡培他滨每日2500mg／m2，连用14天l以上化疗方案每3周重复，2个周期后评定疗效。结果：可评价疗效者21例，无完全缓解（CR），部分缓解（PR）10例（47．6％），稳定（SD）5例（23．8％），进展（PD）6例（28．6％），总有效率（CR＋PR）为47．6％。中位进展期5～6个月，中位生存期8～9个月。主要毒副反应：骨髓抑制18例（85．7％），脱发15倒（71．4％），腹泻10例（47．6％），肌肉关节痛5例（23．8％）等。所有Ⅲ度毒副反应发生6例（28．5％），无治疗相关性死亡。结论：紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗老年晚期胃癌患者有效率较高，毒副反应可耐受，是老年晚期胃癌较理想的化疗方案。
