摘    要:目的:了解枳Ju子水提取液对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:在小鼠灌胃给予药液后7d,腹腔注射四氯化碳,16h后眼眶采血测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、胆固醇(CH)、甘油三酯(TG)等生化指标。通过比较药物组是否明显降低四氯化碳所致的生化指标异常升高,评价药物的保护作用。结果:枳Ju子水提取液明显降低四氯化碳所致的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱苯氢酶是生化指标的异常升高。结论:枳Ju子水提取液对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective effects of the water extract from Hovenia dulcis Thunb. (HDT) on carbon tetracholride (CCl 4) induced experimental hepatic injury in mice. Methods:The model of hepatic injury was induced by CCl 4. The biochemical indexes of serum ALT, AST, LDH, CH, TG were determined. Results:HDT significantly inhibited the rising of serum ALT, AST, LDH induced by CCl 4. Conclusion:HDT had significant protective effects on CCl 4 induced experimental hepatic injury.
