老年脑中风偏瘫患者的早期康复应用研究

目的：探讨老年脑中风偏瘫患者早期康复的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月～2012年8月间我院住院进行早期康复治疗的59例老年脑中风偏瘫患者为观察组，同期选取非早期康复治疗的60例老年脑中风偏瘫患者为对照组，应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗前NIHSS评分水平分别是（11.4±4.4）分和（12.1±3.9）分，治疗第28天后的NIHSS评分分别是（7.8±3.1）分和（9.4±4.5）分，与治疗前比较均呈下降趋势，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；康复治疗后治疗组的NIHSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗28天后疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为86.44%（51/59）；对照组总有效率为65%（39/60）。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对老年脑中风偏瘫患者的早期康复应用能有效提高患者临床疗效，增强患者的自理能力。

Clinical Analysis of Early Rehabilitation on the Elderly Stroke Hemiplegia Patients

Objective Explore clinical efficacy of early rehabilitation on elderly stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods From January 2010 to August 2012, 59 cases of elderly stroke hemiplegia patients who took early rehabilitation treatment were selected as the observation group. At the same period, 60 cases of non-early rehabilitation of elderly stroke hemiplegia patients were selected as the control group. Clinical efficacy was evaluatedby the U. S. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）. Results The NIHSS scores of the observation group were （11.4!-4.4） points and the control group （12. l!3.9） points. After 28 days of treatment,the NIHSS scores of two groups were（7.8---t-_3.1） points and（9.4~4.5） points. NIHSS score of rehabilitation in the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P~0. 05）. The score of the observation group was lower than the control group＇s（P% 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.44 % （51/59）, the rate of the control group was 65 % （39/60）. There was significant difference between two groups. Conelusion Early rehabilitation can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of elderly stroke hemiplegia patients, and enhance the patient＇s self-care ability.
