灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的观察灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 选择80例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为两组，在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组采用西医常规干预＋灯盏花素注射液治疗；对照组采用西医常规干预＋丹参注射液治疗，比较两组治疗临床疗效。结果 治疗组共40例，痊愈者6例，显著进步者20例，进步9例，无变化者5例，总有效率87.5%；对照组共4O例，痊愈者3例，显著进步者9例，进步者14例，无变化者14例，总有效率70.0%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（x 2 =40.80，P＜0.05）。结论 西医常规干预基础上加用灯盏花素注射液治疗急性脑梗死，其总有效率较加用丹参注射液为高，值得进一步研究。

Clinical Efficacy of Breviscapine injecture for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Breviscapine injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Based on routine treatment of conventional medicine,patients in the treatment group were given Breviscapine injection while those in the control group were given Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. Clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups according to the Stroke Patients Clinical Neurologic Impairment Score and Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Standards. Results Among the 40 cases in treatment group,6 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly improved,9 cases were improved,and 5 cases were of no changes . The total effective rate was 87.5%. Among the 40 cases in control group,3 cases were cured, 9 cases markedly improved, 14 cases were improved, and 14 cases were of no changes. The total effective rate was 70.0%. There was statistical significance of the total effectiveness of the two groups（x2= 40. 80, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For the acute cerebral infarction, on the basis of the conventional medicine intervention, the total effective rate of Breviscapine injection is better than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.
