莫沙必利联合帕罗西汀治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的探讨莫沙必利与帕罗西汀联合应用在功能性消化不良（FD）患者中的治疗效果。方法124例FD患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组62例，观察组给予莫沙必利联合帕罗西汀治疗，对照组仅给予莫沙必利治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为88．7％，显著高于对照组的71．0％（P〈O．05）；观察组复发率为6．5％，显著低于对照组的19．4％（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后HAMA及HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前（P〈0．01），而观察组又显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；两组均无明显不良反应。结论莫沙必利联合帕罗西汀治疗FD疗效可靠、复发率低、不良反应较少，值得推广应用。

Combination of Mosapride and Paroxetine in the Treatment of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To study the effects of combination of mosapride and paroxetine in the treatment of patients with Functional Dyspepsia（FD）. Methods 124 patients with FD were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 62） and the control group（n = 62）, the observation group were treated with mosapride and paroxetine, and the control group were treated with mosapride only, and then the effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group（88.7%） was significantly higher than the control group（71. 0% ）（P~0.05） ;the relapse rate of the observation group（6.5 % ） was significantly lower than the control group（ 19. 4 % ） （P~0.05） ; the scores of HAMA and HAMD after treatment were significantly lower than before（P〈0.01 ）, and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.01） ;There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Combination of mosapride and paroxetine has reliable effects in the treatment of patients with FD,with lower relapse rate,less adverse reaction,and is worthy of promotion.
