| 摘 要： | 目的做好医疗事故技术鉴定工作,保护医患双方合法权益。方法分析6年多来的医疗事故技术鉴定,存在着答非所问、避重就轻等问题。结果造成以上问题的原因主要为同一系统、人情难却,区域局限、公正性差,缺乏监督、随意性大。讨论灵活掌握和运用《医疗事故处理条例》,将使以上问题得到较好的解决。
