| 摘 要： | 甲状腺功能亢进症,简称“甲亢”,是临床常见的内分泌系统疾病。于世家教授从事内分泌系统疾病临床研究20余年,在甲状腺功能亢进症的中西医结合治疗方面积累了丰富的经验,现从其对中医病因病机辨证分型的认识、依证施治、应用中药要掌握最佳时机、西药治疗贯穿始终、个体化原则、合理及时应用激素、慎用富碘中药及加碘盐等几方面作以总结。

| Abstract: | As an endocrinopathy,hyperthyroidism is a commonly encountered disease. Professor YU Shi-jia is engaged in treating hyperthyroidism with integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine more than 20 years. He has accumulated abundant experience of treating. Summarize the professor YU Shi-jia's experience from these aspects including the understand of eliological factors and pathogenesis,therapy according to the relevant diagnosis,taking traditional medicine in the best time,treating with western medicine throughout,giving treatment in accordance with the patient's individuality,use hormone intime,carefully use the traditional medicine and selt containing iodin. |
