| 摘 要： | 提高药学服务质量是医疗机构的一项重要任务，通过绩效考核可以提升药学管理水平。根据药学服务的特点，应在绩效考核中强调道德行为的重要性，强调人的主观意识。通过考核可以提高人的素质，使员工将主要精力放在“做正确的事情”上。

| Abstract: | It is an important task for medical institutions to enhance pharmaceutical service quality. The pharmaceutical service and control levels could be enhanced by performance evaluation. According to the characteristic of pharmaceutical care , we stressed the importance of moral behavior and emphasized on human subjective factors. Working staff＇s quality has been improved by the performance evaluation, enabling them to focus their energy on doing proper work. |
