| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学方法对正常膀胱组织和膀胱癌组织中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因产物ｐ１８５和ｒａｓ基因产物ｐ２１蛋白的表达水平进行检测。结果在５例正常膀胱组织中未见这两种蛋白表达。５８例膀胱癌中ｐ１８５和ｐ２１蛋白阳性表达率分别为６５；５％和６２．１％。阳性表达的ｐ２１和ｐ８５蛋白均定位于膀胱癌细胞膜上，ｐ２１和ｐ１８５蛋白阳性表达率与膀胱癌的病理分级，临床分期及患者术后生存期有关。提示ｐ１８５和ｐ２１蛋白阳性表达，膀胱癌的发生和发展有关，并且有可能成为膀胱癌预后的客观指标。

| Abstract: | sing immunohistochemical method ,we detected the expression of C-erbB-2 gene prod-uct p185 and ras gene product p21 protein in the normal bladder tissues and bladder cancertissues.Both of the two proteins were not expressed in 5 normal bladder tissues. The positiveexpression rates of p21 and p185 in bladder cancer were 36/58 and 38/58,respectively,andp21 and p185 protein were located in the cell membrane of bladder cancer tissue. The expres-sion of p21 and p185 were associated with the stage,grade and survival rates of bladder can-cer. These results suggest that p21 and p 185 may play a role in the development of bladdercancer, and become an objective marker of progonsis of bladder cancer. |
