| 肠道菌群与功能性便秘的研究进展 |

| 摘 要： | 肠道菌群在多种疾病中具有特征性改变,并参与疾病的发生与进展。研究表明,肠道菌群紊乱与功能性便秘存在相关性,且肠道微生态制剂对功能性便秘具有治疗作用。本文从功能性便秘的肠道菌群改变、发生机制、与“脑-肠-菌”轴的关联及肠道微生态的治疗等方面,结合国内外最新研究成果,阐述肠道菌群与功能性便秘的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Intestinal microbiota has characteristic changes, and involve in the pathogenesis and progression in varieties of diseases. Some studies have shown the correlation between functional constipation and disturbance of intestinal microbiota,as well as the curative effect of microbial agents on functional constipation. This article reviews the progress of alterations of intestinal microbiota,correlation of brain-gut-bacteria axis and treatment of microbial agents on functional constipation. |
