护理人员对社会学知识需求及影响因素的调查分析

目的探讨临床护士对社会学知识的需求状况并分析其影响因素。方法对太原市2所三级甲等医院的340名护士进行社会学知识需求的调查,并对数据进行t检验和多元线性回归分析。结果护士对社会学知识的需求程度很高,且倾向于选择与临床护理工作联系密切的社会学知识,不同年龄组,学过、未学过社会学知识的护士对社会学知识需求差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而不同工作年限、学历、职称、分工、职务的护士对社会学知识需求差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。工作年限、学历、分工是影响护士对社会学知识需求的主要因素。结论要加强护理继续教育中社会学内容的培训,并根据不同层次、类别的护士有针对的选择社会学教材或培训内容。

Investigation and analysis of nurses' demands for the knowledge of Sociology and the influence factors

Objective To study the nurses＇ demands for the knowledge of Sociology and analyze its related factors. Methods A total of 340 nurses from two top first-class hospitals in Taiyuan were investigated on their demands for the knowledge of Sociology,and the data were analyzed with t-test and multiple regression. Results The nurses tended to choose the knowledge of Sociology closely linked to their work. The demands for knowledge of Sociology in different age groups of nurses were not significantly different（P〉0.05）,while the demands for knowledge of Sociology in different work experience,education background,professional title,division of labor and job position groups of nurses were signifi- cantly different （P〈0.05）. The work experience,educational background and division of labor were influence factors of the demands for the knowledge of Sociology. Conclusion Nurses should receive appropriate continuing education to improve the knowledge of Sociology according to their work experience,educational background and division of labor et al.
