智力残疾儿童的健康行为状况评估

了解智力残疾儿童的行为状况。方法采用病例对照研究的方法对北京市５所培智学校智力残疾学生４２０人和正常儿童１３９人进行问卷调查及行为观察。结果（１）智力残疾学生个人卫生状况较差，卫生行为的形成率较低。（２）智力残疾学生早锻炼行为习惯的形成率高于正常儿童。

Evaluation of the performance in mental retarded children

Objective: To Understand health behaviors of mental retarded children. Methods: A case - control study on health behavirs was conducted in 420 mental retarded children of 5 specialty schools and 139 normal children. Results: Mental retarded children inferior to the normal children in individual hedth habits; the percentage of children who took part in merning exercises was higher among mental retarded children than among their normal peers. Mental health status of mental retarded children was poorer. The educational level of mether had no significant influence on health behaviors of mental retarded children, but it was related to the health knowledge levels of their children.
