参附注射液对老年人手术后早期康复的影响

目的：观察参附注射液对老年患者手术后早期康复的影响，并探讨其可能的机制。方法：100例随机分为对照组和参附注射液（参附组），每组50例。参附组于手术前3天起至术后3天，每天用参附注射液100ml静脉滴注；对照组行常规治疗。术后每天观察并记录肠蠕动恢复时间、肛门排气时间、切口愈合情况，并作C-反应蛋白、皮质醇浓度、部分细胞因子及SOD、MDA的检测。结果：参附组与对照组比较，术后疲劳指数、C-反应蛋白、皮质醇浓度、TNF-α、MDA明显下降（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），IL-2、SOD水平显著提高（P〈0．01）。结论：参附注射液能降低手术后应激反应，减少炎症因子的表达，减轻组织损伤，在一定程度上促进老年患者手术后的早期康复。

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Early Rehabilitation of the Senile Patients after Surgery

Objective：To explore the effect of shenfu injection on early rehablilitation of the senile patients after surgery and discuss the possible mechanisms. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into the contrast group（ C group with 50 cases） and the shenfu group（ SF group with 50 cases）. The SF group was treated by mainline with 100ml shenfu injection 3 days before and after surgery, and the day taking surgery. The C group was treated by normally. The clinical symptoms were observed each day and the time of intestines creepage, anus exhaust, and incision concrescence was recorded. The level of C reactive protein, hydrocortisone concentration, some cell genes, SOD and MDA were also measured. Results： The fatigue score after operation, the level of C reactive protein, hydrocortisone concentration, TNF-α and MDA in the SF group were obviously decreased than those in the C group（ P 〈 0.0 1 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of IL-2 and SOD in the SF group was significantly improved than that in the C group（P 〈 0.0 1 ）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection can decrease the response to a stimulus, the express of inflammatory factor, the systematical trauma after operation. It can improve the early rehabilitation of the senile patients after general surgery.
