宫腔内人工授精治疗免疫性不孕的效果

目的：分析评估夫精宫腔内人工授精（IUI）治疗抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性的免疫性不孕患者的效果，指导临床医师为抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性的免疫性不孕患者选择合适的助孕治疗方法。方法：对25对AsAb阳性的不孕夫妇进行的42个IUI治疗周期，与20对因女方排卵障碍的不孕夫妇进行的35个IUI治疗周期进行对比，分析IUI对抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性的免疫性不孕患者的治疗结果。结果：AsAb阳性组的周期妊娠率为11．9％，排卵障碍组的周期妊娠率为31．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：IUI治疗对抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性的免疫性不孕患者效果欠佳，对此类不孕夫妇常需采用进一步的助孕技术。

Effect of Intrauterine Insemination Treating Immunological Infertility

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of intrauterine insemination used for those positive antisperm antibody's immunological infertility. Methods: We analyzed the clinical pregnancy rate between 42 IUI treatment cycles in 25 couples with positive antisperm antibody and 35 IUI treatment cycles in 20 couples with inoculations. Results: The pregnancy rate per IUI cycle in those couples with positive antisperm antibody was 11. 9%, and the pregnancy rate per IUI cycle in those couples with inoculations was 31. 4%. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Effect of intrauterine insemination treating those positive antisperm antibody's immunological infertility was unsatisfied. Further assisted reproductive technology may help these couples.
