| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对比剂注射优化技术在多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中的应用价值。方法：采用心电门控下64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像（CTCA），根据对比剂注射技术将患者随机分成恒速团注组（FB）和优化团注组（OB）两组，各30例。统计分析两组问右冠状动脉（RCA）、左冠前降支（LAD）、左旋支（LCX）和胸主动脉各段的血管显影效果及密度差异。结果：两组均可获得较高密度的冠状动脉和主动脉图像，OB组测得的冠状动脉近端和远端以及胸主动脉中端和远端的密度差异较小，与FB组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：CT对比剂团注追踪技术中，优化团注法可以获取较为均匀一致的血管密度，有助于提高CTCA的诊断价值。
