海南省2007年登革热媒介伊蚊分布调查

摘    要:目的了解海南省不同地区登革热媒介伊蚊的分布范围和水平以及种群优势及其影响因素,为制定登革热媒介控制措施和策略提供科学依据。方法根据不同自然环境、地理位置、供水情况、居住环境、生活习惯等因素,2007年7~8月在海南省全部或部分市、县(区)选一个或几个易于伊蚊媒介孳生的自然村进行登革热媒介幼虫横断面调查,计算房屋指数(House Index,HI)、容器指数(ContainerIndex,CI)、布雷图指数(BreteauIndex,BI)等,以房屋指数、容器指数和布雷图指数,调查媒介幼虫密度;以捞取积水容器内蚊幼,调查孳生情况。结果全省BI值最高为123,最低为13.3,全省平均BI值37.4;CI值最高为46.4,最低为6.2,全省平均CI值20.7。积水容器以永久性容器为主,暂时性容器BI值高于永久性容器,室外容器的BI值大于室内容器;海南岛沿海市县及火山岩地区,埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊均有分布,但以埃及伊蚊为优势蚊种,中部市县只监测到白蚊伊蚊分布。结论海南省登革热媒介伊蚊分布广泛,密度较高,存在登革热再次大规模流行的可能,必须加强全省媒介控制工作,特别是沿海地区应采取清除小积水容器、翻盆倒罐、定期清洗水缸、水缸加盖和水缸养鱼等措施。

Abstract:Objective To understand the distributing range and level, species and its influential factors of dengue Aedes mosquitose of different areas in Hainan Province, so as to provide the scientific evidence for formulating the controlling measures and strategies of Dengue vector. Methods According to the natural environments, geographical positions, water supply, inhabitating environments, life customs and so on, one or several natural villages, in which the dengue vector bred easily, were chosen to implement cross-sectional surveys of dengue vector larva in all or part of the cities, counties or districts of Hainan Province, in July-August, 2006, the (House Index)HI, (Container Index)CI and (Breteau Index)BI were counted, and its influential factors were analyzed. Results In this survey, the average BI was 37.4 and the average CI is 20.7 in Hainan Province. the main water containers was permanent containers, the permanent containers' BI was higher than the temporary containers' , the BI of outdoor containers was higher than that of indoor containers. Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus distributed in coastal areas in Hainan Island and volcanin areas, but the Aedes aegypti were the prior species in that areas. Aedes albopictus are only found in the middle areas. Conclusion The dengue vector distributed broadly in Hainan Province, with high densities, therefore, a large-scaled dengue outbreak is likely to happen again. So the vector controlling measures should be strengthened around the whole province (especially the coastal areas), including eliminating the small water receptacles, turning the water containers upside down, cleaning and emptying vats regularly, covering vats and water containers, raising larva-eating fish in vats and water containers and so on.
