| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析缺血性脑血管病患者血清中钙镁含量的变化，进一步探讨钙镁离子在缺血性脑血管病中的作用及其对预防和治疗的临床意义。方法选取38例缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象。在发病后第1、3、7天晨起空腹抽血，检测血清中钙镁含量，并以正常体检者30例作为对照组。结果发病后1d钙镁含量均低于对照组（P〈0．05），第3天钙镁含量较对照组降低更明显（P〈0．01），7d时降低最明显（P〈0．01）。结论钙镁含量的变化随缺血性脑血管病的病情加重而逐渐降低；考虑缺血性脑血管病时，脑损伤与低钙镁有关，故治疗时应注意。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the changes of the contents of serum calcium and magnesium with ischemic cerebral vascular disease.And further to explore the clinical significance of prevention and treatment.Methods Ca2+ and Mg2+ in serum level were measured in 38 patients after 1,3,7 days and compared with normal voluntees of the control group.Results The results showed that the contents of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in serum level were lower than the control after 1 day(P<0.05),and were significantly lower(P<0.01) after 3 day,7 day was the low-water mark(P<0.01).Conclusion The contents of serum calcium and magnesium are gradually decreased along with the state of an illness.Brain injury maybe related to the low Ca2+ and Mg2+ in serum. |
