| 摘 要： | 目的探讨倍频Nd-YAG532nm激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法对68例(112眼)糖尿病视网膜病变患者用激光分别行全视网膜光凝、局部视网膜光凝、黄斑格栅样光凝治疗,术前进行视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查,治疗后1～3个月复查视力及眼底,3个月后复查FFA。结果光凝治疗后3个月视力提高≥2行38眼(33.93%),无变化64眼(57.14%),视力下降<2行10眼(8.93%)。眼底及FFA检查:视网膜新生血管、无灌注区、黄斑水肿消退或部分消退101眼(90.18%)。无效的6眼(5.36%),黄斑水肿加重2眼(1.79%)、玻璃体出血增加的3眼(2.68%)。结论激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著。
