| 摘 要： | 环氧化酶-2(COX-2)是一种诱导型前列腺素内源性过化物酶,在多种肿瘤中有不同程度的表达。本文就COX-2的生物学特性、在肿瘤中的作用机制、与肝癌关系的研究及COX-2抑制剂对肝癌的作用简要阐述。

| Abstract: | Cyclooxygenase-2, an induciable prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase, is overexpressed in several human cancers. This review summarizes the COX-2 in many aspects including its biological character its mechanism of action in cancer, the research progress in liver cancer and the efficacy of its suppressor to liver cancer. |
