软通道-微侵袭技术治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察

摘    要:目的通过应用软通道一微侵袭技术与开颅手术救治高血压脑出血的临床疗效比较分析,探讨高血压脑出血较好的救治方法。方法回顾性比较分析近5年来随机收治的126例高血压脑出血病例,随机分成软通道一微侵袭技术组(微创组),外科开颅手术组(开颅组),微创组62倒,采用软通道置管方法;开颅组64例,采用去骨瓣减压或小骨窗手术法。近期(1个月)疗效比较。结果微创组近期优良率54.9%高于开颅组近期优良率29.7%(P〈0.01),差异有统计学意义。而微创组的病死率8.1%明显低于开颅组18.8%。结论软通道置软管血肿引流术救治高血压脑出血较开颅手术能明显改善高血压脑出血患者预后,降低患者残死率。

Effect of Soft Channel-Minimal Invasive Techniques for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To explore a good therapeutic method for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by comparing the curative effects of soft channel-minimal invasive techniques and surgical craniotomy operation. Methods Retrospective comparison analysis were performed in 126 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage recent five years. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:minimal invasion group ( 62 cases, received soft channel-minimal invasive technology treatment) and craniotomy group( 64 cases, received bone disc decompression surgery or small bone window operation). The near term (one month) curative effectiveness were compared. Results The near term goodness rate was 54% in the minimal invasive group and 29.7% in the craniotomy group, the difference between the two gYoups had statistical significance (P 〈 O. 01 ). The mortality rate of the minimal invasive group(8.1% ) was obvious lower than that( 18.8% ) of the craniotomy group. Conclusion The soft channelminimal invasive techniques can obviously improve the prognosis of patients with hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage, and reduce the rate of residual disability and death.
