中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：所有入选病例均给予辅酶Q10、维生素C及GIK极化液，无禁忌证者同时给予β受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂及对症治疗，治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用中药黄芪注射液及玉丹荣心丸。观察治疗前及治疗后1月心肌酶复常率及3月临床症状、动态心电图、超声心动图的变化。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后心肌酶复常率、临床症状改善、心律失常减少、左室舒张末内径缩小均明显改善。结论：采用中西医结合疗法是治疗VMC的有效途径之一。

Clinical Observation of Viral Myocarditis Treated by Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective:To explore the effects of Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine on viral myocarditis.Methods:All patients treated with coenzyme Q10,vitamin C ,and GIK. B-blocker, calcium antagonist and conventional therapies were added if no contraindication existe. Huangqi and Yudan Rongxin were added in treatmend group,. The observed indices included symptom, Holter test, UCG, CK. Results:Compared with treatment group, control group had higher morbidity of arrhythmia,symptom,CK, and LVEDD. Conclusion:We can treat viral myocarditis effectively by using Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine.
