| 摘 要： | 目的观察用维生素B1B12穴位(地仓、天容、翳风)注射治疗灼口征的可行性.方法治疗组20例采用维生素B1B12穴位注射治疗,同时口服谷维素.对照组15例单纯口服谷维素.结果治疗组显效11例,好转6例,无效3例,总有效率85.0%;对照组显效1例,好转7例,无效7例,总有效率为53.4%;经统计学检验疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论维生素B1、维生素B12穴位注射治疗灼口综合征是安全有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of point injection of Vitamin B 1 and B 12 in burning mouth syndrome(BMS).Methods:The therapy group were treated with point injection of Vitamin B 1 and B 12 combined with oral oryjanol in 20 cases,and the control group with oral oryzanl in 15 cases.In the therapy group,there were 11 cases effective,6 cases improved and 3 cases ineffective.In control group,there were 1 case effective,7 cases improved and 7 cases ineffective.The effective rate of therapy and control group was 85.0% and 53.4% respectively.There were statistic difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Point injection of vitamin B 1 and B 12 is a safe and effective method in treating BMS. |
